Giving out wrong message

A few days ago, Nick Clegg came to our school. While there, he had a question and answer session with some year 10 and 11 pupils.

I was interested to see that he was very keen on apprenticeships. Apparently, they were as good an opportunity as university.

I wonder, if he had been talking to a private school, would he have said the same thing?

On top of that, when asked about tips for getting into the government, he said, and I quote: “don’t do it”. Is this really the right message he should be giving out to teenagers?
