Public loos - comfort should be paramount

We have already lost one public loo at the junction of South Street and Cliffe High Street.

It is now a cafe – adding further internal pressure without relief.

I frequently use these facilities and if they are removed I, like many visitors to the town – tourists and locals – will frequently be in serious trouble.

The only remaining facilities would be in the pubs and the library – maybe even the railway station.

But with a full bladder is it really asking too much of the local council to ensure my comfort is readily convenienced by the retention of these necessary local facilities.

Even Clochemerle had the answer – but the problem there was in reverse – the Opening of a new Loo. Here the closing of three would be a triple blow to the system. Please!

I rest my case m’Lud!
