Burton boss Nigel Clough paid compliment to the challenge Lewes gave his team today and predicted that the Rooks would give other championship contenders some headaches at the Pan this season.
"They gave us a battle, which we fully expected," said Clough.
"When you go top of the league it's a new experience for us and everyone wants to have a crack at you. And they certainly did that today."

When asked if, on the evidence of their performance against his team whether Lewes had a chance of staying up, Clough said, "Definitely. There are some very, very hard games and I hope some of our competitors will have to come down here."

When asked if he thought it was a penalty, Clough replied with an emphatic "yes", adding, "You don't see them too well from the dug-out but Lee (Morris) said straight away it was a penalty."
