Experienced former Football League striker Scott Taylor has agreed to join Lewes.
Taylor, 32, has played for Millwall, Bolton Wanderers, Blackpool, Plymouth Argyle and MK Dons.

He joins the Rooks from Blue Square Premier side Grays.

Taylor is set to formally sign a one-year contract at training this evening.

His signature follows the news that experienced defender Anthony Barness has committed himself to another season at the club.

A club statement today said that Brighton & Hove Albion boss Micky Adams will "bring his first team squad" to the Dripping Pan when the Seagulls play Lewes in the Rooks' first home pre-season friendly, on Saturday, July 19, kick off 3pm.

The game will not be all-ticket and tickets can be purchased on the day. Doors open at 1 pm.
