Peacehaven boss Darren Guirey said the scoreline "flattered" opponents Littlehampton Town after visitors Tye demolished the home side 5-2 in last Saturday's FA Cup extra preliminary round tie.
That rout now makes it 11 goals in just three games so far this season, shockingly with none coming from last season's top scorer Richie Watton.
However, it hasn't all been one way traffic thus far, with Peacehaven conceding five goals in their th
ree encounters, three of which came in a thrilling draw away at Sidlesham in the seasons curtain raiser.
Wotton was dropped for the next game against Wealden, whom Tye comfortably beat 3-0.
Unfortuantley for Guirey's men, they drew a tough away draw against Ryman League opposition in the form of Whyteleafe for their FA Cup preliminary round.
But Guirey said, "We believe we can win, but we're just gonna go up there and enjoy the day.
"Last season we beat Horsham YMCA when they were struggling in the Ryman, so there's every chance we can do it again.
"But it is definitley going to be a tough game for us."
Asked about Watton's omission from the team against Wealden, Guirey clarified the situation, making it clear that the decision was purely performance-related.
He said "Rich hasn't scored this season yet, and everyone in the team is playing for their place in every game.
"Unfortunatley for Richie, the other boys have been terrific, and as the scoreline suggests it was the right decision to leave him out for that game."
Peacehaven travel to Westfield in the league tomorrow and to Ringmer in the John O'Hara Cup on Tuesday.
