Lewes 3-3 Worcester City
LEWES let slip a three goal lead to draw 3-3 at home to Worcester City, who found their dramatic equaliser in the 92nd minute.
Joe Keehan's early penalty gave The Rooks a 1-0 lead at half time and second half goals from Kane Louis and David Wheeler had them cruising to a vital three points.
With less then 20 minutes to play Graham Ward rifled Worcester a life-line and two minutes later they grabbed another when substitute Marc McGregor bundled in from close range.
Worcester cranked up the pressure and when four minutes of added time went up on the board an equaliser seemed ominously inevitable.
And so it was, McGregor proving Worcester's super-sub by firing a low drive into the bottom corner to earn his side a vital point in their own fight for survival.
Weymouth's 4-0 defeat at Bromley at least provides Rooks with a crumb of consolation but they will see this as a real opportunity missed to leapfrog their visitors, who remain two points ahead of the drop zone.
