It was a busy weekend for the Uckfield Runners last week.
Five of their runners competed in the Hellingly 10k on Sunday.
The weather had been threatening with a very heavy downpour on the way to the race, but the rain held off and the conditions were good for the race.
First home for Uckfield was Mark Slaughter in a time of 42mins 05 second.
Next back was Graham West, completing his 100th 10k in 45.04.
Behind Graham was Charlotte Menzies 49.09, Catherine Harker 50.08 and Sarah Ballinger 62.59.

Rachel Hornigold and Tara Twynman ran the Run to the Beat half Marathon in London together in a very credible 1hour 48min, the event has bands playing along the route.
Further afield Ray and Tanya Edmondson competed in the Poppy races in Albert, France.
Tanya ran in the hilly half marathon course in 1hour 55mins finishing first in her age bracket (born in the year 1953 to 1944) and was presented with a large Trophy.
Ray competed in the 10k event finishing second in his age category (born before 1944).
On Monday this week the Uckfield Runners starting their second beginners group meeting at 9.30am.
The group will meet every Monday during term time.
Uckfield Runners also have a beginners group which meet every Thursday at 7.30pm and the main group which meets on Tuesdays at 7pm.
All groups meet at Freedom Leisure, Uckfield.
