Eastbourne Swimming Club member Oliver Mason can now boast about holding all the current Sussex County diving titles after sweeping up at the 3m Diving Championships in Worthing.
The 11-year-old took gold in both the under 17’s and men’s competitions at the event on November 20.
His medals were two of nine that the club won at the event, with the Hadland sisters also securing silver and bronze in both under 17’s and ladies’ competitions - Rebekah edging just ahead of sister Zoe in both events.
Elsewhere, Alistair Soave won silver in both the boy’s under 17 and men’s diving event, with Theo Croft taking bronze in the latter competition.
After his success at Worthing, Oliver went on to compete in the Great Britain Diving Federation intermediate event in Cheltenham on November 22. Against competition from around the UK, Oliver took home a silver medal in his age category.
