Lahti’s form is nothing short of sensational – Wednesday’s Inside Line with Shaleman
Timo Lahti’s form for the Eastbourne Lifestyle Eagles has been nothing short of sensational over the last week.
Fifteen points plus three bonus at home against Swindon were followed with 16 points away at Belle Vue on Monday – both match-winning performances.
Lahti is following in a long Eastbourne tradition of the Eagles have potent reserves. What makes his performances all the more satisfying is that he is winning races by gating and going and by coming from the back to pick off his opponents with a cool racing head.
Team boss Trevor Geer – who last year stuck with Lahti when he could hardly score a point for toffee – believes the Eagles have a huge star in the making.
