Wheeler a major doubt for tonight's trip to Dorchester
DAVID Wheeler will have a late fitness test just before kick off ahead of tonight's league match at Dorchester.
Lewes' young wizard on the wing has been carrying a knee injury, and despite playing most of Saturday's 2-0 win over Weston-Super-Mare he is doubtful for the second of three crucial relegation clashes.
Williams Peauroux (knee) is expected to return having sat out Saturday's game and Joe Keehan - who scored both goals - is also expected to be ok despite a slight thigh problem.
Peauroux could come in in place of Jack Walder, who took a knock to his thigh against Weston and is definitely out.
Manager Steve Ibbitson said: "It would be a great time to get our first away win of the season.
"It will be a very hard game but a win would take us levell on points with them (Dorchester).
"We have just got to go down and play to the best of our ability and see what happens."
Lewes travel to bottom side Weymouth on Saturday for the last of the three games Ibbitson highlighted as crucial for the club's survival.
