The ground-breaking, observational production is at the Steyne Road venue from February 12-20 at 7.45pm.

There will be matinees on February 13 and 14 at 2.30pm.

Originally written for television and starring iconic actors like Patricia Routledge, Maggie Smith and Alan Bennnett himself, the show’s monologues offer a wonderfully funny view of British life.

Director Victoria Thompson said: “Alan Bennett is one of the most observant playwrights when it comes to writing about vulnerability.

“His work is timeless because it deals with human frailty and is equally funny and sad in the telling.

“Seaford Little Theatre have chosen to present four of his Talking Heads series.”

The cast members include Sylvia Aston, Stephen Newberry, Tricia Pape and Sue Shephard.
