Intrigue, deception and death in Burgess Hill Theatre Club's Agatha Christie thriller

Fans of murder mysteries have something to look forward to as Burgess Hill Theatre Club prepares its spring production, The Hollow.

The 1951 play by Agatha Christie is based on her 1946 book of the same name.

Club spokesman Phil Hawkins said: “In the play, intrigue and deception fill the air as an unhappy game of romantic follow-the-leader explodes into murder one weekend at The Hollow, home of Sir Henry and Lady Lucy Angkatell.

“The play runs from April 14-16 and again from April 20-23 at the Burgess Hill Theatre, Church Walk.”

Phil continued: “Saturday audiences will enjoy a two-course meal as part of their ticket price in the return of dining theatre to the venue.”

Tickets are £10 for Thursday and Friday evenings and £20 for the Saturday dinner.
