A pastel artist from Cooksbridge is giving a presentation to raise money for the Railway Land Wildlife Trust.

Tom Walker will be at the Linklater Pavilion, Railway Lane, Lewes, on Sunday, March 22, for A Wanderer in Doubt.

Tom was recently responsible for the design of the Battle of Lewes Tapestry (and the logo used in 2014) and completed a huge community artwork entitled ‘Light, Life, Leaf, Leap’ for the Linklater, which was unveiled in August.

Tom will use words, images and music to explain what he has been doing artistically in the past 65 years.

Doors open at 3.45pm. The presentation is from 4pm until 6pm and includes a 20 minute interval when tea and homemade cakes will be served.

Tickets cost £5 and include refreshments. They are available in advance from Harveys in Cliffe High Street. They can be reserved online at info@railwaylandproject.org or purchased on the door.

Alternatively, people can call 01273 487798.
