A large group of artists who work in glass will have works on display in the interior of the newly re-opened Holy Trinity Church, Hurstpierpoint.
Glass and Stone – A Celebration of Materials will be open from Saturday, September 14, to Friday, September 27, from 10am to 4pm.
The group of eighteen artists come from across the county for what promises to be a spectacular and unusual event. Among those exhibiting will be Mel Howse who created the new engraved glass doors to the church.
Mel is a designer and maker of public art commissions, the carved glass doors at St Nicholas’ Church, Arundel.
