Peter James hosts crime quiz at Martlets Hospice

Following on from the success of Peter James’ first play at the Theatre Royal, Brighton, the best-selling author will be hosting a Crime Quiz in aid of the Martlets Hospice on Thursday, February 20.

Peter James, a Hospice Patron, is also giving one lucky bidder the chance to be immortalised in a forthcoming Roy Grace novel.

The auction is for either an individual or a company name check and it will run on the Martlets EBAY site, timed to end during the quiz on Thursday, February 20.

The Crime Quiz starts at 7.30pm at the Boundary Rooms at the County Cricket Ground.

Rounds will include:

l The Boys in Blue.

l True Life Crime.

l Crime and thriller characters and plots from TV, films, plays and books.

l Music rounds from famous crime films and TV programmes.

l Rogues Gallery.

Tickets for the quiz are £20 and include a bangers and mash supper.

Teams up to six are welcome.

Bidding for the name check will start on Monday, February 10, on the Martlets Ebay site and the winning bidder will be confirmed at the quiz on February 20.
