The Kast off Kinks play at the Lewes Con Club on Friday. March 22.

Consisting of ex-members of the legendary band, they have played on a regular basis at Kinks Fan Club meetings and charity events.

Three years ago they took the band around the country to have fun and keep the music alive.

Along with Mick Avory, they are joined by John Dalton on bass from the ’60’s and ’70s line-up, Ian Gibbons on keyboards from the ’80s and ’90s and Dave Clark on guitar and vocals who has played with the Beach Boys, Noel Redding Band and Tim Rose.

Expect all the hits including ‘You Really Got Me’, ‘Tired of Waiting’, ‘Sunny Afternoon’, ‘Deadend Street’, ‘Waterloo Sunset’, ‘Lola’, ‘Apeman’, ‘Come Dancing’ and more, for a great night out.

The gig starts at 8pm.

Tickets: £8 (members free).
