Take That and Tina Turner Tribute acts play Heathfield

TICKETS for Heathfield’s big summer outdoor pop concert are already being snapped up in their dozens.

The concert on Saturday, June 16 features Take That (including Robbie Williams) and Tina Turner tribute acts who will perform from 7pm until about 9.30pm. It will be held in the grounds of the town’s Community Centre where gates open at 5.30pm. From 6.15pm guests will be entertained by the Heathfield Community College Swing Band plus five solo singers.

Everyone is invited to bring their own picnic, nibbles and wine and make it a family night out.

There will also be hot food available.

Tickets in advance cost £15 for adults, £7.50 for children under 16 or £20 for adults on the night and £10 for children. They are available from Premier Travel in the High Street.

The natural bowl of the Community Centre grounds will be flanked by hospitality tents.

Co-organiser for the Heathfield Rotary Club, Jack Hampton said: “There is just one tent left so anyone interested should contact me on: 01435 864728. We are absolutely delighted with how sales are going and we can promise everyone this is going to be a wonderful night out.. It’s a first for Heathfield.”
