Triffitt is simply terrific as Sinatra

Stephen Triffitt, Sinatra – Through The Years, Congress Theatre, Eastbourne, March 29, 7.30pm.

STEPHEN Triffitt, makes a welcome return to Eastbourne with his definitive tribute to Frank Sinatra. Sinatra – Through The Years.

Stephen Triffitt, and his show, is arguably the number one tribute to Frank Sinatra. With his voice, his moves, his style and even his looks, Stephen has made the great man his own.

His story reads like a Hollywood film script. It is one of rags to riches and lucky breaks, about a photocopier salesman from Weston Super Mare who became Sinatra. A successful appearance as Sinatra on ITV’s Stars In Their Eyes led to Stephen receiving a contract to play Sinatra in Atlantic City, USA followed by a chance to headline at The Venetian hotel on The Strip in Las Vegas. From there he embarked on a tour of the Rat Pack Live From Las Vegas, playing Sinatra to critical acclaim as well as playing to sell-out audiences in London’s West End.

Since then Stephen has sung with Jools Holland and Mick Jagger, sold out shows at The Festival Hall and London Palladium, toured the USA and regularly appeared with the BBC Symphony Orchestra, and now he brings his superb tribute back to Eastbourne audiences.

Be sure to join Stephen Triffitt and the Sands Orchestra for a magical evening of music and memories featuring some of the best loved Sinatra arrangements.
