Thirty-five video clubs are members of SERIAC, the South East Region of the Institute of Amateur Cinematographers, and their annual competition was held at The Oast Theatre , Tonbridge, on April 5.
There were 58 entries for the Festival, all of a very high standard.
Haywards Heath MovieMakers was a big winner with five awards.
The Club’s movie, Second Chance, won the Kent Cup for the best movie from an IAC affiliated Club and the SERIAC Cup for the runner up to the best film in the competition.
The best actress award went to Katie Child in the lead role.
The Colin Pain Trophy was won by Rod Willerton for his movie, Budget World Tour, and Rod’s movie Titanic was Commended.
