Super-heavyweight battler Crazy Horse, aka the Viking Warrior, is set to bring his own brand of mayhem to the Meridian Centre stage on Saturday, October 22.

Since bursting on to the wrestling scene, he has fought from one end of the UK to the other and has appeared at the Wacken metal festival in Germany. Beyond the squared circle, Crazy Horse, who claims to originate from the ancient island of Lindisfarne, has trained with sword, spear, axe and bow and is a well-known figure on the re-enactment fields of England.

He took part in the Battle of Hastings anniversary, which featured more than 300 horseback riders and more than 1,000 infantry. He was part of the Saxon line that faced attack after attack from the Norman hordes.

The big Saturday night spectacular (held in conjunction with the Mayor of Peacehaven’s charities) will also include another top international name making his Meridian debut.

The Lion Kid has appeared extensively for top Japanese promotion Dragon Gate and throughout Europe, where his high-flying style has thrilled fans in France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Ireland.

Tickets from the Information Office at the Meridian Centre, priced £10 for adults and £9 for concessions. A family ticket for two adults and two children costs £36. Telephone enquiries on 01273 585493.
