START jog/walking with us! Haywards Heath Harriers wants to help absolute beginners to enjoy the fitness benefits of running. We meet every Tuesday evening during term time at 6pm, at Oathall Community College Sports Hall, Appledore Gardens, Haywards Heath. The course will run through the winter, rain or shine. It is open to all men and women who want to get started as runners. No previous experience or special equipment required. Just a pair of running shoes and lots of enthusiasm! We ask for £2 a session - all contributions go to charity. For Improvers, there is a further session at 9.30am on Thursdays meeting at the Dolphin Leisure Centre.
