WORTHING Police will next week embark on a week of action promoting cycle security.
Officers will be on hand near the band stand, in Montague Place, on Wednesday (November 26) offering advice on bike coding and other safety measures.

The week will also focus on people who cycle on pavements after community consultation meetings revealed it to be a leading bugbear of Worthing locals.

Officers will be also be locking insecure bikes around Worthing, an initiative pioneered in the Lock It or Lose It campaign earlier this year.
