Acclaimed jazz musician brings quartet to the Stade

Award-winning musician Steve Waterman is one of the top British jazz trumpet players both at home and on the international scene.

He comes to Hastings next week, on Tuesday June 7, courtesy of Jazz Hastings, with the Steve Waterman Quartet. John Horler is a highly respected pianist who has earned a formidable reputation on the British jazz scene over many years. American bass player Tim Wells moved to London where he joined Stan Sulzmann’s Big Band and toured internationally with the Ronnie Scott Legacy Quartet.

Welshman Dave Barry who plays drums has worked with Mike Westbrook, Tim Whitehead, Don Weller and the John Critchenson-Art Themen Quartet.
