Angmering student Isabel shows she has the write stuff

ASPIRING writer Isabel Black had the chance to discuss her ambitions with an author who has made a success of his career in the publishing world.

Isabel, 13, met children’s author, script writer and film producer Neil Arksey when he visited The Angmering School.

As well as entertaining year-eight students by talking about his life and books, Neil presented creative writing awards for short stories with a science fiction theme, with Isabel receiving the William Nicholson Trophy as first prize winner.
