Appeal to help immortalise Littlehampton school
A CALL has been made for memorabilia to help immortalise the site of a Littlehampton school, in an art exhibition this month.
Local woman Leona Angus is appealing for ex-students of Littlehampton’s former community school, Maud Allen Girls’ School, as well as the ones at the current academy school, too.
She is looking for photos, memorabilia and general memories of the school to add to an exhibition charting its history. Leona will be at the studios in the Windmill Entertainment Centre, every Tuesday this month.
She said she wanted to immortalise the school, as it moves into a chapter of its history, with a brand-new building, opening in September.
