Visitors can also have a look at a small collection of pirate paraphenalia Mr Blunden uses to illustrate his talks in schools.

The story follows the adventures of young Charlie and his siblings who discover a curious flying machine that takes them to another time. Together with their new-found friend Oliver, the Green kids set about locating a treasure map.

‘Charlie Green and the Pirate’s Treasure’ costs £8.99 and is self-published through the Trabador’s ‘Matador’ service.
