Bookworm treat at libraries in Arundel and Rustington

BOOKWORMS in the area will be glad to hear that the area’s libraries will be reopening, next week.

The centre in Surrey Street, Arundel, will be reopened to residents on Monday (July 23) after the installation of state-of-the-art self-service checkouts.

The library at Rustington, in Claigmar Road, has also reopened after eight weeks of refurbishment work.

Lionel Barnard, West Sussex County Council deputy leader who oversees the library service, said: “These remedial works will ensure these branches are kept up-to-date while continuing to provide a comfortable atmosphere for their readers.”
