The programme includes Rejoice in the Lamb, Friday Afternoons, Jubilate in C and A Hymn to the Virgin.

Ardingly is also honoured to be welcoming Michael Berkeley, Britten’s Godson, to the concert, which he will open with a short talk about the composer.

Baron Berkeley of Knighton’s own composition Listen, Listen O My Child, written for the recent Enthronement of the Archbishop of Canterbury, will also be performed. The Independent described it as “a musical highlight, a soaring anthem.”
