COOKING COURSES: In Littlehampton

WHOLE families of budding Jamie Olivers can learn how to make good, tasty food.

The Arun Well-being team will run two five-week Cook and Eat courses, at the Flintstone Centre, East Street, Littlehampton, in the coming months, offering children and parents the chance to learn the basics of cookery together.

Hazel Flack, manager of the team, said: “The course is very successful because the parent and child develop their skills and knowledge for healthy living together and learn to create healthy, balanced meals in a fun environment.”

The free programme is open to anyone living within Arun, and all ingredients and cooking utensils will be provided.
