Monday, August 23: Meet at 10am at RSPB Reserve, Wiggonholt, Pulborough on the A283 - mostly flat (some stiles) circular, interesting, walk through woodland, fields and part of the Bird Reserve. Free, just turn up. 5 miles.

Tuesday, August 24: Meet/park at 10am in car park on Horsham side of Ockley Village cricket field (TQ 146399) - flat (some stiles) circular walk on the Sussex/Surrey border. Superb views of Leith Hill Tower and the North Downs. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 5 miles.

Wednesday, August 25: Meet at 7pm at Pulborough car park (TQ 055185) - circular walk over difficult terrain at a good pace for the more experienced walker. Some hills and stiles. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 6 to 7 miles.

Thursday, August 26: Meet at 10am at West Chiltington Village Hall (TQ 083179) - various circular walks, some stiles and moderate slopes, incorporating windmills, vineyards, llamas and good views of the South Downs. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 4 to 5 miles.

Friday, August 27: Meet at 11am in Cripplegate Lane car park, Southwater Country Park - flat easy circular walk along bridleways, lanes and the Downs Link. Free, just turn up. Dogs on leads. 2 miles.
