East Sussex Art Club

ON Saturday, February 16, the East Sussex Arts Club enjoyed a lecture about British Colourists by Graham Whitham, which was very interesting and informative and enjoyed by everyone.

The painting competition 'Drama in the Sky' was won by Dennis Philpott.

Next month's meeting is a workshop by Sue Williams on pen, ink and wash, held at St. Johns Church Hall, Brittany Road, St. Leonards from 10.30am to 4pm. Please bring your own materials and a packed lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided. There is an extra charge of 7 for members and 9 for guests at workshops.

The theme for the painting competition will be 'March Winds, April Showers'.
