Get ready for All StarWrestling at the White Rock

Ring legend Gangrel is set to lead an impressive international squad against top British talent as All Star Wrestling come to the south coast for action at the White Rock Theatre today (Friday) when the sabre-toothed ‘Vampire Warrior’ will receive strong support from a further trio of transatlantic stars.

After first making his name in the explosive days of the WWF, Gangrel returned following creation of the all-powerful WWE and continues to campaign all over North America and around the world. At Hastings, starting a first UK tour for three years, he will line-up alongside ‘American Avalanche’ P.N.Neuz, the 390 pounds force from Minneapolis, Minnesota; Pittsburgh’s 25 year-old blond bombshell Sam Adonis and the imposing Graz, Austria-born, US-trained man of muscle Max Moran.

Starting at 7.30pm the Hastings programme will feature solo and tag team action with All Star lining-up a formidable squad of home talent to take on the invaders and among them, eager for a chance to shine against top opposition, will be Sussex star Danny Driscoll, the 28 year-old from Battle who took himself off ro the USA for 18 months of training with top name Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts.

Also on view will be Kent-based Doug Williams, another man who knows all about the Stateside wrestling scene after featuring for TNA through the last few years and enjoying a spell as X-Division champion. South London-born James Mason has long been a member of the heavyweight elite and there will be equally enthuastic support from lighter stars including Superslam Championship holder Dean Allmark from Cheshire.

Others to watch will be North East contender ‘Seconds Out’ Tony Spitfire; Jay South, the ambitious 20 year-old from New Zealand; and the uncompromising North America-trained T.J.Stomper who has been throwing his weight about to great effect in recent months.

And when it comes to effort, few can match ‘Party Marty’ Scurll, the middleweight flier who found fame last year as a winning a trip to the mythical island of Fernando as a winner in ITV’s Saturday night hit show Take Me Out, presented by Paddy McGuinness.
