Join Eddie and the Hot Rods for gig

What made Eddie and the Hot Rods a great band has never gone out of style, which is why of all the bands from the UK’s Class of ‘77 they are one of a few who can still record new material that does not sound like a pale shadow of their former selves. The band, which is playing at The Carlisle, in Pelham Street, next Friday (February 21), had huge chart success with a song called Do anything you wanna do and also had three Top 40 hit singles. The band is still going strong, playing live shows across the world and recording new albums. They were invited to open for rock royalty Status Quo on their winter UK tour 2012. They are also enjoying a renaissance, in part due to the success of new Irish band The Strypes who named Eddie And The Hot Rods as one of their biggest influences.
