LIVE MUSIC: Beverley Craven in Littlehampton

TWO decades after her single Promise Me became a Europe-wide hit, charting at no. 3 in the UK, Beverley Craven is back on the road, and heading for Littlehampton.

Her concert at the Windmill Entertainment Centre on Saturday, February 26, will be Beverley’s first in 2011, with more dates to come in the spring.

BRIT-Award winner Beverley became a household name in the early 90s with the release of her eponymous debut album which sold more than 2million copies on the way to becoming a worldwide hit.

Promise Me was followed by more chart successes including Memories, Holding On, Woman to Woman and Love Scenes, before a lengthy break to raise her family.

Close to Home, released in 2009, was Beverley’s first studio album in 10 years, and since then she has toured regularly, including a well-received visit to Rustington last year.
