New West Sussex dance school

A new dance school will launch on Saturday, April 30 in Old School, Cuckfield from 10am to 12pm.

BPM is the realisation of a dream for Luke Bohanna and Kat Chase who will run it.

Luke said: “We are also offering a taster workshop morning on Wednesday, April 20 from 9am to 12pm which includes many hours dance and fun which will give people a taste of what we offer. People will need to book their child’s place in advance for the classes and workshop.

“We have also had lots of interest for street adult dance classes which we looking into launching around the same time. It will be one evening during the week.”

Luke and Kat began dancing at a young age and grew up together in the heart of Mid Sussex. Both had the same ambitions to become professional dancers. They went onto train at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and have remained best friends since.

Both have worked professionally in the industry as dancers and choreographers. Their credits combined include: Cartoon Network, JLS, X Factor Live Shows, Pot Noodle, Yves Saint Laurent, P&O Cruises Australia, Thomson Cruises, Harrry Hills Tv Burp, Poirot, Miss Marple, UKTV, Fighting With Wire, Juice FM, Stars & Son, Cirque Du Soleil, Harry Potter & The Goblet of Fire and The Brit Awards.
