AT the meeting on December 14, the president, Ivy Gallagher, thanked members for electing her for a second term of office.
The committee also remain the same for 2008.
Representatives from other WIs in the Marshdown group shared in the festivities of the Christmas party.
Good food, good company, the promise of interesting events in 2008 and a delightful entertainment of seasonal song, prose and verse written and presented by the Scribblers section of Sidley WI put everyone in cheerful Christmas mood.
