Sparkling music from Vienna

Guildford Philharmonic will be welcoming in the New Year with an evening of sparkling music from Vienna on Friday, January 13 at 7.30pm in the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre.

Joining the Orchestra in its celebrations will be soprano Sarah Fox who performed at the Proms this summer singing in John Wilson’s Hurray For Hollywood, a celebration of the Golden Age of Hollywood musicals.

The evening will be conducted by Stephen Bell who recently conducted the Orchestra in its sell-out Proms concert at G Live with Lesley Garrett.

The audience is invited to dress in ballroom finery and wear masks.
