Lost in Translation are a zany bunch of extravert circus performers who take the audience into a dream world of brass and copper, a world of imagination and absurd possibilities, using spectacular aerial techniques and big cinematic imagery.
Inspired by early science fiction and the life and times of Cyrano de Bergerac, this show, which is on tomorrow (Saturday) from 7.30pm on the Stade Open Space, brings together spectacular aerial techniques and a steampunk inspired mechanical set to create big cinematic imagery and a distinctively wacky world.
Monsieur de La Luna is a wildly imaginative poet and inventor. Today he is inspired to travel to the moon using his home - a strange mechanical contraption along with his courageously disastrous crew. The audience can follow the story of Monsieur de La Luna and his crew as they strive to make his impossible vision become fantastically possible. The show is the latest production in the summer-long Stade Saturdays series.
