CiTV presenter lined up for Horsham panto

The clocks have yet to spring forward, but thoughts have already turned to Christmas and panto time.

Nick Mowat, producer, has confirmed that CiTV Hi-5 presenter Chris Edgerley, will play Fleshcreep in The Capitol’s 2017 pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk which opens on Friday December 8 in Horsham.

Chris is a familiar face, having appeared in other TV and film roles including Emmerdale (Yorkshire Television), Death Lies On Her & Jail (Ealing Studios), Alive (Angelica Productions), This is a Film (Maggot Productions), Collide (Decagon Films) and Happy Birthday Jim (Pretzel Films).

He’s also appeared in numerous stage productions including: Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Open Air Tour), Macbeth/A Midsummer Night’s Dream/Lady Be Good (all at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre), Enjoy (Watford Palace), Falstaff/Flames of Paris/Idomeneo/The Tales of Hoffmann (all at The Royal Opera House), Norma Jeane (KSW), TwoThousandAndSex (Drill Hall/Team Angelica), Hi-5 (Arts Theatre West End/Hammersmith Apollo/UK, Ireland & International Tour) and more recently has played Romeo in a short film ‘Death Lies On Her’, which has been accepted into the London Independent Film Festival 2017.

Chris has appeared in many other pantomime productions including Dick (Dick Whittington for Enchanted Entertainment), Aladdin (Aladdin (3 years with UK Productions), The Wizard Of Oz (3 years with Enchanted Entertainment), Robin

Hood in Robin Hood/Jim Hawkins (Treasure Island both with Wicked Productions), Tin Man (The Wizard of Oz Trio Entertainment), Buttons (Cinderella Blue Genie), Jack (Jack and the Beanstalk PHA), and Wishee (Aladdin, Jordan Productions).
