There was a fantastic response, with more than twenty scripts received, making it difficult for the four directors to choose just a few to be produced.

Five scripts were selected for a new show, which is at The Hawth Studio, Crawley, from Tuesday to Thursday, April 21 to 23 (7.30pm).

The line-up will be completed with three monologues about immigration and the issues surrounding it.

The casting for the performances was a huge success with one of the largest audition turn outs Pitchy Breath has seen, leading to an incredibly talented cast including seven local actors making their debuts.

Tickets for No Place Like Home cost £10 (discounts £9) and are available from 01293 553636 or www.hawth.co.uk.
