The show is adapted from Terry Deary’s best selling Horrible Histories books, which are hugely popular both on the page and on television. The BBC TV series has previously won both the British Comedy Award for best TV Sketch show and the RTS Best Children’s TV programme.

Using actors and 3D special effects, the show aims to give you a thrill from the crypt as historical figures and events come alive on stage. The five performances take place from Friday, June 21, to Sunday, June 23.

They start at 4.30pm (Friday), 11am, 2pm and 6pm (Saturday) and 1pm on Sunday.
