Laura Lexx, Andy Robinson and Mo Omar join forces for a night of socially-distanced comedy at The Hawth in Crawley on Friday, November 20 at 7.30pm.

Award-winning comedian and writer Laura Lexx recently came to the public’s attention with her fictional Twitter thread about being married to Jurgen Klopp.

Her posts imagining life married to Liverpool manager Klopp went viral in March, with the first tweet amassing 5.6 million views.

A book, Klopp Actually: (Imaginary) Life with Football’s Most Sensible Heartthrob followed.

As a stand-up Laura has regularly featured on Live At The Apollo, BBC At The Edinburgh Festivals, Hypothetical and Roast Battle.

Andy Robinson has worked as a warm-up artist for shows including Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Shooting Stars, Friday Night with Jonathan Ross as well as dozens of others.

He’s toured with Sean Lock, Rich Hall and Paddy McGuiness.

He is also known as comedian Jo Brand’s regular support act and has worked with her for the past 15 years.

Somali-born, Cardiff-raised and London-based, Mo Omar is a fast-rising talent with a unique perspective. Mo was a finalist of the BBC Introducing Radio 4 Comedy Award in 2019.

He then made his TV debut on Harry Hill’s Clubnite on Channel 4.

Previously, he was the winner of the Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year 2017 competition, and semi-finalist in the So You Think You’re Funny and Amused Moose 2017 competitions.
