Inspired by the tale of the Pied Piper, the play winds a theme of stolen childhood around a number of Duffy’s original fairy stories.

As well as the Pied Piper, there are intriguing stories such as Nine Words, Wooden Maria and The Lost Happy Endings.

Young people from local secondary schools will bring the author’s works to life in a production directed by established youth theatre directors Maureen Nelson and Niall Whitehead.
