Top-class comedy

Belly Laughs promises an evening of top-class comedy featuring some of the UK’s leading comics including Rufus Hound, Craig Campbell, Ben Norris and McTiernan Douieb at Chichester Festival Theatre on February 8.

Headlining at this year’s annual event will be Rufus Hound, who appears regularly on TV shows including Celebrity Juice, Argumental, Would I Lie To You? and was the winner of Comic Relief’s Let’s Dance 2010, following his interpretation of Cheryl Cole’s Fight For This Love. Hound features in the forthcoming romantic comedy The Wedding Video.

He will be joined at Belly Laughs Live by Craig Campbell, who has appeared on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Dave’s One Night Stand and Russell Howard’s Good News.

Also on the bill is Ben Norris, whose credits include Mock the Week, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, They Think it’s All Over, The Comedy Store).

Belly Laughs Live is presented by GetComedy.com, one of the biggest comedy promoters in the UK. In 2011 GetComedy promoted 21 shows in Edinburgh, ran comedy tents at the leading music festivals in the UK, and promoted three major tours.
