Video: Paralympic Lantern arrives in Horsham

Bumper crowds ignored the showery weather this morning (Saturday August 25) to watch the arrival of the Paralympic Lantern to Horsham Park.

A carnival parade was led by Sussex table tennis star and future Paralympian hopeful Tyler Paul and Michael Hobbs, a local disabled athlete and volunteer, who brought the Paralympic Lantern across the Park to a special stage.

It was then handed over to chairman of the district council, Leonard Crosbie, and West Sussex County Council deputy leader, Lionel Barnard.
