Sunday June 30, 10am: Meet at the car park on Selhurst Park Road, 1,500m west of junction with A285 (SU 927118). “A park, a mill and some prehistoric history”. Starting within the woodland of Selhurst park the walk heads south to view Halnaker Mill, crosses Boxgrove Common and returns via Halnaker Park. 10 miles. Please bring a picnic. Thursday June 27, 10am: Meet at West Chiltington Village Hall (TQ 083179). Various circular HDC Health walks, some stiles and moderate slopes, incorporating windmills, vineyards, llamas and good views of the South Downs. Free, just turn-up. No dogs. 4 to 5 miles. Sue 01403 255710.

Saturday June 29, 8.30am: Meet at Glebe Surgery car park, Monastery Lane, Storrington (TQ 084144). 5¼ mile circular, sociable HDC Health walk, some hills, to the RSPB owned Wiggonholt Common and historic Parham Park. No dogs. 2 hours. Mick 01903 745971.

All welcome, 4½ mile circular, hilly, sociable HDC Health Walk into the heart of the South Downs to The Burgh with magnificent views towards Arundel. Dogs allowed on a lead. 1¾ hours.
