Tuesday, August 17: Meet at 10.30am in Washington village, opposite the Frankland Arms pub - Owlscroft Farm - Mouse Lane, Chanctonbury Hill - Biggen Holt - Washington. Picnic lunch. 8.5 miles.

Wednesday, August 18: Meet at 7pm in Clayton Recreation Ground car park - Rockrose - South Downs Way - Clayton Windmills - Clayton Recreation Ground car park. 3.5 miles.
