Thursday, July 23: Meet at 10am at Sports Pavilion, Jubilee Fields, Billingshurst. Various circular walks over farmland along the River Arun and Wey Canal. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 4 to 6 miles.

Friday, July 24: Meet at 11am in Cripplegate Lane car park, Southwater Country Park. Flat easy circular walk along bridleways, lanes and the Downs Link. Free, just turn up. Dogs on leads. 2 miles.
