WISBOROUGH GREEN Farmer’s and Village Market. 9am to 12.30pm in the Village Hall. We have up to 30 stalls selling high quality local food and hand-made produce, crafts and gifts, and with tea, coffee and home-made cakes provided by Macmillan volunteers. Stalls include: artisan bread, cakes, jams, olives, cheese and deli products. There will also be plants, flowers, jewellery, aloe vera and skincare products.

FRIDAY

BARNS GREEN: Walk. 11am Barns Green. 2 mile, mostly flat, circular, free, sociable HDC Health Walk around the outskirts of the village mainly on firm ground. Meet at the corner of the green near the Village Club. 1 hour. Peter A: 01403 741305.

MARKET: Storrington Community Market. 9am to 10.45am. Open every Friday morning at Storrington Village Hall (opposite Stable Antiques). Selling fresh local eggs and cheese, home-made cakes, bread and savouries, locally produced vegetables and mushrooms, local pork and lamb. CATSTRAVAGANZA: Cats Protection Horsham and District Branch will be holding this popular event at the Roffey Millennium Hall, Crawley Road, Horsham from 2pm to 4pm. On sale will be home-made cakes, CP gifts and goodies, books, CDs and DVDs, bric-a-brac, crafts etc. and refreshments will be available. In addition we have free leaflets on cat care and a screen show of cats looking for homes. Entry to the event is free but donations (including cat food and litter) are warmly received.
