She’ll be doing her funky thing at the venue in Norman Road and doors open from 7.30pm.
Wendy is a longtime DJ who made a name for herself at the Town And Country Club in Camden where she ran her Friday club night which became a cult classic. This time she is joined on the decks by Two Tone legend Rhoda Dakar from The Bodysnatchers and Special AKA. Rhoda has also become a much loved DJ over the years, and the pair have DJ’d together many times - most recently being at Eastbourne’s Vinyl Frontier for Record Store Day, and for Madness at their House of Fun weekends in Minehead. The sunshine mix of soul and ska from these two is always a big hit on the dance floor so bring your dancing feet to the Kino.
